Flexible maintenance programs to improve asset availability and performance

Pro-Act is a multi-level contract based program developed by Husky that uses customer interactivity to improve overall operational effectiveness. The program is based on a preventive, as opposed to reactive, maintenance model that is designed to ensure maximum performance and improve overall operational effectiveness by acting as a cure for unplanned customer downtime.

  • Preventative maintenance activities are preplanned and guaranteed to be executed by Husky certified technicians
  • OEM service ensures quality work completed by experts
  • Programs can be custom built depending on the needs of the customer
The Pro-Act program offers three levels of service:

Level 1 – Entry level proactive maintenance
A customer with an internal maintenance staff has annual assessment and calibration performed by Husky technicians.

  • Annual assessment
  • Calibration
  • Visual and functional safety checks
  • Post visit report
  • Verification of calibration seal
  • Selectable options to enhance the program that include:
    • PM parts package (by machine type)
    • System geometric correction
    • Post visit checklist and analysis of historical data
    • Purchase a block of technician time

Level 2 – Intermediate level proactive maintenance
A customer with an internal maintenance staff enlists Husky to complement their staff with seasoned experts who are focused on achieving optimal machine reliability.

  • All Level 1 features (including options)
  • Semi-annual maintenance
  • Advanced diagnostics
  • Pre and post visit report focusing on continual performance improvement
  • Selectable options to enhance the program that include:
    • Advanced diagnostics
    • Quarterly visits performed by Husky technicians
    • Customized spare parts packages
    • Oil service

Level 3 – Advanced level proactive maintenance
A customer with an internal maintenance staff enlists Husky to ensure optimal machine performance and fixed maintenance costs at every level of operation.
