ServiceLinkServiceLink is a valuable tool for diagnosing issues without having to dispatch a technicianIncluded as part of the Pro-Act program, Husky now offers a remote diagnostic service called ServiceLink that allows Husky’s central service to provide remote, real-time support to Husky equipment via the Internet or telephone connections. ServiceLink involves Husky technical support specialists communicating with customer equipment for the purpose of troubleshooting, diagnostic activities, data exchange or monitoring. Problems are identified, resolved and equipment is back up and running faster, often without having to dispatch a service technician.
ServiceLink provides:
- Instant messaging – Machine operators can chat with Husky’s technical support specialists in real-time.
- Fast access to technical support – Issues can be quickly resolved by Husky technical support specialists via ServiceLink.
- Software upgrades – Options and features can be conveniently downloaded to on-site machines.
- Easy deployment – ServiceLink is a standard feature on new Husky systems using Polaris PC-based controls and can be easily deployed on legacy Husky systems. ServiceLink can run on a customer’s existing network connections and IT infrastructure.
